That Army total is pretty low at 40 (41 now) as, I think, Air Force can contribute 7-10. First half over may be worth a look so Army doesn't shut it down in the 2H. Arkansas has been profitable this year so would take them +7 at home vs. Miss. Colorado State and Baylor are short favs and both playing very well. Thought OSU would be -3 without the Penn State QB questions. Central Florida -6 will be a play versus AZ.
